Membership Plan Fee Payments and Inclusions:

Initial Membership Fees
range from $997 to $1997 and include DUTCH hormone testing and blood work (specific panels depend on your plan), your Initial Physician Consultation and your first month of custom hormones mailed to your home.

Continuing Membership Fees range from $127 to $427 monthly, beginning at the time of your initial physician consultation, and include physician consultations at 3, 6 and 12 months and every 6 months thereafter and the same level of DUTCH hormone testing and bloodwork you began with every six months and thyroid testing when needed after dosage changes. This also includes your monthly supply of custom hormones (up to five different hormones, including BiEst, Testosterone, Progesterone, Thyroid and Estriol Vaginal Cream), mailed to your home. The plans are all inclusive for your Club Membership meaning that there are no additional fees for anything included in your plan as above.

Upon completion of your intake questionnaire the initial membership fee will be due ($997 to $1997) and you will need to also check the box for the continuing monthly subscription but this payment will not be submitted for payment until the time of your initial consultation which is usually 1-2 months from your initial payment.

Because most women at midlife require the Essentials Plan, the initial intake on our site is set up to take payment of $1497 for the Initial Membership Fee and to set up monthly subscription payments of $327 per month to begin at the time of your Initial Physician Consultation.

If you are requiring a lesser level of care or program, such as the Thyroid Only Program or Bring Your Own Test Program, adjustments will be made to your initial and continuing payments in alignment with your needs after signing up.

Missed Appointment Fees are $150.

Cancellation Fees There is no fee to cancel and you can cancel at any time. However, a 30 day notice is required for cancellation, meaning that a final monthly payment will be submitted after notice of your cancellation is received.

Plans may include the following hormones:

BiEstrogen Cream

For those of us experiencing a low estrogen level with symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness, a dual estrogen cream eliminates symptoms in 80% of women.

Natural Progesterone Capsules

Progesterone is necessary if a progesterone deficiency is detected on your hormone test. It helps to balance estrogen and protect the uterine lining - but also is the sleep well, feel good, lose weight, happy hormone.

Natural Testosterone Cream

Although testosterone is the main male hormone, women have and need this at optimum levels too. It helps support bone, muscle mass, cognitive functioning and mood among other things.

Natural Thyroid Replacement

For you to feel the best at every age, thyroid optimization is necessary using a combination of both T3 and T4 hormones in a natural form.

Upgrading, downgrading, and switching

Periodic testing of your levels will ensure that your doctor can get you the exact dose that you need. If a different plan is necessary at any point, we can easily switch you to a different plan.

WHAT IT IS:
A dual estrogen cream contains both estriol and estradiol. It's derived from plant-based sources, and it replenishes your body's decreasing estrogen levels during and before menopause. These are the two most important forms of estrogen in the body because they are identical to the estrogen your body produces. Both estriol and estradiol are the most effective treatment for estrogen deficiency and symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and sleep disturbances. In studies, estrogen is proven to alleviate and reduce hot flashes. In one study, it was even found to eliminate hot flashes in up to 80% of women and to reduce the frequency and severity in the remainder.

HOW IT WORKS:
A hormone cream administers estradiol and estriol through your skin directly into your bloodstream. Because it bypasses your liver, administering hormones this way is associated with a lower risk of clots in your legs, lungs and brain (ie: deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or stroke). If you have a uterus, it is important to take progesterone (in addition to the cream) to keep the lining of your uterus (the endometrium) thin and reduce your risk of endometrial cancer.

WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS:
In its 2017 position statement, The North American Menopause Society said that hormone therapy is the most effective treatment for hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, painful sex and osteoporosis. The Endocrine Society clinical practice guidelines also state that the benefits of hormone therapy may exceed the risks if you are a healthy women within ten years of menopause.

RANGE OF DOSE:
1-4mg daily

SAFETY INFORMATION:
If you have a history of breast cancer or other estrogen-sensitive cancers, coronary heart or artery disease, a previous clot or stroke or vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated by a doctor, estradiol may not be right for you. You should speak to your in-person care provider to determine your best treatment options. To learn more about the risks and benefits of estradiol and to read the boxed warning, see this BiEstrogen cream safety information.

WHAT IT IS:
Natural oral micronized (finely ground) progesterone is derived from plant-based sources. Progesterone is important if you haven't had a hysterectomy (i.e. still have a uterus), and serves as a protective agent for your uterine lining (endometrium). Progesterone is also important for sleep, mood, memory, weight and overall health. If it's deficient, it needs to be optimized at every age. It's the menstrual timekeeper and prevents your cycles from being too heave or painful. It helps to counteract the effects of endometriosis and fibroids.

HOW IT WORKS:
Natural micronized progesterone is taken orally, and can be prescribed to be taken either for 12 days every one-to-two months or else on a daily dose. Your Hormone Club doctor will help you decide which prescription is right for you. Cyclic progesterone promotes shedding of the endometrium, mimicking the same process that you experience during your menstrual cycle. Daily progesterone prevents the uterine lining from growing at all. Both forms of progesterone administration are effective at preventing endometrial hyperplasia and uterine cancers.

WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS:
A 2016 systematic review determined that oral micronized progesterone provides endometrial protection from abnormal thickening (endometrial hyperplasia) and endometrial cancer.

RANGE OF DOSE:
100-300mg daily for 12-28 days/month

SAFETY INFORMATION:
If you have had a hysterectomy or vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated by a doctor, a previous stroke or heart attack or currently have or have had blood clots or liver problems, progesterone may not be right for you. You should speak to your in-person care provider to determine your best treatment options. To learn more about the risks and benefits of micronized progesterone and to read the boxed warning, see this Progesterone capsule safety information.

WHAT IT IS:
Natural testosterone is a normal component of a healthy women's hormonal balance. Although men have 10 times the testosterone as women, testosterone is important in women too for maintaining bone and muscle mass, brain and mood function among other things. Testosterone is only given if you test as deficient and it's only replaced until your levels are optimized. Most women using testosterone don't experience negative side effects such as male hair growth.

HOW IT WORKS:
Natural testosterone cream is applied to your skin, usually in a low dose on a daily basis. Your Hormone Club doctor will help you decide if this prescription is right for you.

RANGE OF DOSE:
1-4mg daily

SAFETY INFORMATION:
If you have had a hysterectomy or vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated by a doctor, a previous stroke or heart attack or currently have or have had blood clots or liver problems, progesterone may not be right for you. You should speak to your in-person care provider to determine your best treatment options. To learn more about the risks and benefits of micronized testosterone and to read the boxed warning, see this Natural Testosterone safety information.

WHAT IT IS:
Natural T3/T4 thyroid replacement therapy is important if your thyroid function is low. Replacing only T4 often doesn't restore a woman's thyroid to optimum function and can leave her feeling tired, overweight, constipated and with other symptoms of low thyroid function.

HOW IT WORKS:
Natural T3/T4 is taken orally and is taken every morning. Your Hormone Club doctor will help you decide if this prescription is right for you.

RANGE OF DOSE:
0.5-2 grains daily

SAFETY INFORMATION:
If you have had a hysterectomy or vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated by a doctor, a previous stroke or heart attack or currently have or have had blood clots or liver problems, progesterone may not be right for you. You should speak to your in-person care provider to determine your best treatment options. To learn more about the risks and benefits of micronized thyroid and to read the boxed warning, see this Natural Thyroid pill safety information.
