Includes no testing, you must upload your recent (within 3 months) comprehensive thyroid, CBC, CMP and/or DUTCH sex hormones test results to be considered for this option and approval is subject to our discretion if the submitted tests meet criteria, physician consultation is completed and first month of up to 5 hormones included for $997.

Includes blood testing for comprehensive thyroid panel, CBC and CMP, inflammatory markers, fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1C, vitamin D, DUTCH Plus Test, physician consultation and first month of up to 5 hormones. Access to this plan is limited to those women working with a Hormone Club Partner who's programs have been pre-approved by us and educate and address balancing all the hormone and health issues for which you don't need a prescription. Your program leader will provide you with an access code to enter into your screening questionnaire in order to purchase this option. $1997.

Continuing Membership Plans
Provides biannual comprehensive thyroid profile, additional thyroid testing when needed and physician consultations after each test, thyroid hormones for continuous monthly use for $227/month.
Provides biannual sex hormone testing with the DUTCH Sex Hormones Test and blood testing with comprehensive thyroid, CBC and CMP testing and periodic thyroid tests whenever needed, at least two physician consultations annually and others as needed after additional thyroid testing. 1 Hormone Essential Plan offers one hormone prescription delivered for monthly use (thyroid, progesterone or testosterone) for $227/month and 2-5 hormones offers 2-5 hormone prescriptions delivered for monthly use for $327/month.
Provides bi-annual hormone testing with the DUTCH Plus Test and blood testing with comprehensive thyroid panel, CBC and CMP, inflammatory markers, fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1C, vitamin D and periodic thyroid tests whenever needed, at least two physician consultations annually and others as needed after additional thyroid testing. Hormone Pro Plan offers one hormone prescription delivered for monthly use (thyroid, progesterone or testosterone) for $327/month and 2-5 hormones Pro Plan offers 2-5 hormone prescriptions delivered for monthly use for $427/month.
Provides Essential Plan or Pro Plan testing as described above biannually with physician consultation to review findings and no hormones for $127/month Essential Monitoring or for Pro Monitoring $227/month (see testing definitions above). If hormones do become indicated these plans are easily switched to a plan that includes hormones and continued monitoring.
