How soon will support get back to me?
We aim to answer every email within 1 business day, if not sooner. We're not open 24/7, so responses to messages we get over the weekend may be somewhat delayed. We thank you for your patience.
If you don't hear back within 2 business days, your email may require more time and attention to review. We recommend double-checking your spam folder to ensure our response is not waiting for you there.
For any medical questions, message our staff through your patient portal.
Staff try their best to reply as soon as possible, and you may get a response within a few minutes. Depending on staff/provider load, it can take our staff 24 hours to respond during the week, and up to 48 hours over the weekends.
If you have trouble getting in contact through your portal, don't hesitate to send an email to our support team. They would be happy to receive your question and route it directly to your provider. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of an emergency, please contact your in-person provider or local urgent care facility immediately.
If you're experiencing a medical emergency, see your in-person provider or go to a hospital for urgent care right away.
The Hormone Club is designed to handle non-emergency medical situations. If you need a faster response than we can give you via our messaging system, we recommend that you contact your primary care provider and/or go to your nearest urgent care center or emergency room.
Should you experience an emergency, please let your Hormone Club provider know as soon as possible, so that appropriate follow-up can be planned.
